The student will need to bring a yellow Change of Major form to 160 OHB for processing.

Junior or Senior Status: Student must go to 200 Linton Hall and speak with Theresa or Rhonda to inform them of the change of major. The student will get a red slip requesting the their file, this slip should be brought to 160 OHB. Student then will take their file to College office of their new major for processing.

The student will need to bring a blue Change of Major form and their advising file to 160 OHB for processing. Make sure that you have a copy of the major requirements and know the name of your advisor.

Junior or Senior status: Student must pick up the advising file from the previous College major take this file to 200 Linton Hall and inform Theresa or Rhonda of your intent to change majors. The student will get a red slip, bring this and your advising file to 160 OHB for processing. Make sure that you have a copy of the major requirements and know the name of your advisor.
